They picked up my hustler predator zero turn mower to have the lift hanger from the mower deck to the lift mechanism requiring the removal and reinsertion of one bolt and a pin. For this I received a charge of $370. $30 for parts, $50 delivery fee and the balance for labor. When questioned, the gentleman said they had to clean the mower deck and adjust it. Utterly unsatisfactory.

Happy with the end product. I stopped by the shop in Newport News to get a timeliness for part and received a less than ideal response. Kind of, when the parts come in we'll let you know. Too open ended for me.

Dropped off my Honda self-propelled walk behind lawnmower for a oil change. The service attendant initially told me there would be a 2 week wait but he would attempt to work me in. I was surprised when on the following day I received a call saying the oil change was completed. After arriving home one pull and it started. Wow! Very happy with service. Thank you.

Recently had my zero turn serviced there. I went to use it for the first time and found the left rear wheel was loose. I also found the hydro fans still packed with grass clippings and the deck looked scraped not pressure washed as said in the service. For the money they charge I question what was actually done to my lawn mower.

I was having trouble with my oldest mower. I decided it was time to step up to a grandstand. This isn’t the dealer I prefer to use. (Been working with the same dealer since I bought my first mower) However, this location is wonderful. The sales staff was helpful and found a demo unit that fit my needs. The only issue is the unit had more hours than they said when we started the process and I didn’t know about it till it was time to pay.(unit was at a different location )I originally tried working with Gloucestor location but I think they are more focused on tractors than mowers.Wish they carried echo products as that is my personal preference. My second experience with them was even better than the first. I raised my rating to a five. I called up Mr. Morrison and worked out a deal on two new grandstands and some stihl handheld equipment. Took 5 minutes to work the deal and was about a 30 minute check out process. Will definitely be my go to mower shop. Out of the 3 locations I have visited this is by far the best.
